Ongoing Support

It can be daunting when you first arrive in a new country, our settlement team support the workers for the first fifteen weeks to assist their settlement.

They will accompany them to workplace inductions, doctors appointments, if applicable driving assessments and any other meetings to provide moral support and translation services.

The settlement team, many who have migrated themselves from the Philippines will also suggest local Filipino community and church groups that the workers may wish to become involved in.

Our team will arrange social events for the workers throughout the year – basketball tournaments, bbqs, sightseeing trips.
